I'd like to thank Gary Wilson and give my condolences to his family. This man is a legend. This website and pooling of his knowledge/research alone was eye opening for me, and the push I needed to make healthy changes. I've read various studies and knew how destructive PMO is, but Gary really highlights just how dangerous it is and goes into depth about addiction in general. How it rewires the brain and is in some cases worse than substance abuse (I.e cocaine). How the internet and adult content is not natural for our primitive human mind and what it's wired to seek. It made my think about things I hadn't considered. I'm actually going to buy his book, this man literally pulled the lid off the blue movie industry and I hope those it has helped will continue to spread his knowledge. If at least so future generations aren't mentally and physically destroyed by adult content.
