Dear Gary Wilson,

Today I finished reading your book, Your Brain on Porn. While I was reading it, I did not know that you were no longer in this world. As soon as I completed the book, my heart felt very heavy. I truly wished the book would never end.

After finishing it, I searched to see what else you had written, and it was at that moment that I learned you had passed away. That realization deeply saddened me.

I simply want to say that you came into my life at a time when I felt that everything was over, when I had almost lost hope. Through your book and your work, it felt as if you appeared in my life like a blessing. The guidance and understanding you shared reached me exactly when I needed it the most.

No amount of gratitude feels sufficient for the impact your work has had on my life. Words are not enough to fully express how valuable and meaningful your contribution has been to me. Your efforts have truly made a difference.
