Gary's work was instrumental to my beginning of realizing the problem I had with internet pornography, and also with ending it. His TED talk remains a bench mark for a turning point in my life. My journey from a very unhealthy porn addiction to an integrated sexuality, being able to enjoy the real moments of life.
